Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup within 1–3 business days.

For exchanges if the selected item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid. If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or to the bank details shared at the time of the return request. After the product is received, refunds or exchanges are completed within 2–3 business days.

The complete return or exchange process usually takes 10–15 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, provided the request is raised within the stipulated return window.
